 
         Non-Molestatation order
A Non-Molestation Order prohibits a person from molesting/harassing another person or a child. The power to make an Order is contained in section 42 of the Family Law Act 1996. Breaching a Non-Molestation Order is a criminal offence and it holds the power of emidiate arrest with a term sentence of up to 5 years in jail for breaking the order.
