Although Action For Mothers team are not qualified in law, we boast good relations with solicitors and barristers; quite often we are asked to assist with court bundle preparation, interim administration and chronology which often saves the clients hundreds or thousands of pounds.

When working with solicitors and barristers we can provide front of house services as well as file preparation, which includes indexing and pagination to court and Law Society standard. We even attend court with clients and barristers to assist in note taking which results in many cost savings.

We instruct direct access barristers and solicitors across the country when required.
