Action For Mothers assists in child custody, access and family law and are always fully focused on the task in hand, treating each case with sensitivity.

With the support and experience of our extensive and dedicated team, (who have all experienced the various forms of abuse), we strive to deal with the problems you are facing as if they were our own. We will support and nurture you through these delicate times, sharing our experience to make your experience more tolerable.

We will assist with all paperwork and attend the family courts with you if you need our support, often getting you a faster and equal result as a qualified legal would and saving yourself thousands of pounds.

Keeping down the costs

Acting as a litigant in person (a person involved in a law suit), if you wish to conduct the case yourself, we will be happy to give you legal assistance on how to present your case at court, including supporting you with the paperwork required for you to get your case heard in court. This includes: injunctions, divorce and child arrangement orders.

Support

Action for Mothers offer telephone consultations (book here) during the working week, however we realise everyone needs support and advice from professionals outside the coventional working hours. That's why Action for Mothers have an out of hours support desk, so that there is always someone when you need us most. If you have booked a telephone consultations but prefer us to contact you via text or email we are happy to do so.
